By downloading or using CutBG ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

IAM_DEV grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Windows devices you own or control, solely for your personal or professional use.

Permitted Use

• You may use the App to process videos and images you own or have the right to modify.
• You may use processed outputs for personal, commercial, or creative projects.

Prohibited Use

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• You may not use the App to process content you do not have rights to.
• You may not redistribute or resell the App.
• You may not use the App to create content that violates any applicable law or third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

The App, including all software, design, and branding, is the property of IAM_DEV. The underlying AI models (MediaPipe, rembg/U2Net) are subject to their respective open-source licenses.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. IAM_DEV does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce results suitable for any particular purpose. Use the App at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IAM_DEV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
